Not only was the interior finished with highly customized materials in every room on every surface, but the exterior window and door systems were replaced 40 stories in the air. This penthouse was later sold for the highest condo price in Los Angeles history
Sierra Towers 17th Floor, West Hollywood
Gut renovation combining 3 apartments into one in this iconic Hollywood building. This renovation involved highly engineered systems, working around asbestos and thinking creatively to maximize space around existing building conditions. Finishes included custom terrazzo floors, zero tolerance doors and clear sycamore millwork throughout.
The Pierre Duplex, New York
Gut renovation of a 7,000 SF duplex facing Central Park. Designed by Peter Marino Architect, the renovation included complex millwork of multiple wood species, hand selected stone baths and a custom stair fabricated by an artist in France.
