Ron Johns received a Civil Engineering degree from Carnegie Mellon University, and discovered early on that he enjoyed the team environment of construction.  He has built dozens of prestigious projects with renowned architects and designers throughout the country.  Ron partnered with CW Dillon in 2025 after spending the previous 14 years building and running the LA office for a nationally recognized custom residential builder.

Paulo had a successful early career as a general contractor building custom homes and pools in Northern California.  Paulo is known for turning big ideas into beautiful crafted realities.  With a sharp eye for detail and hands-on approach, he works closely with each client to make their dreams into reality.  Paulo and Chris decided to join forces in Northern California to grow a larger portfolio and team, and Paulo is responsible for executing and managing the Northern California portfolio.
