Chris Dillon is the founder and leader of CW Dillon Builders. Known for his hands-on approach and strategic oversight, Chris has built a reputation for delivering high-end projects with precision, financial transparency, and professionalism. He emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and disciplined project management, ensuring that clients, architects, and subcontractors alike trust CW Dillon Builders to consistently deliver quality and value
Ron Johns
Vice President
Ron Johns received a Civil Engineering degree from Carnegie Mellon University, and discovered early on that he enjoyed the team environment of construction. He has built dozens of prestigious projects with renowned architects and designers throughout the country. Ron partnered with CW Dillon in 2025 after spending the previous 14 years building and running the LA office for a nationally recognized custom residential builder.
Paulo Morgado
Superintendent - Northern California
Paulo had a successful early career as a general contractor building custom homes and pools in Northern California. Paulo is known for turning big ideas into beautiful crafted realities. With a sharp eye for detail and hands-on approach, he works closely with each client to make their dreams into reality. Paulo and Chris decided to join forces in Northern California to grow a larger portfolio and team, and Paulo is responsible for executing and managing the Northern California portfolio.
Robert Bob
Sr. Superintendent – Southern California
Rob worked his way through the trades and established himself as a top tier superintendent. He worked for multiple decades for an accomplished general contractor where he built a prolific list of projects throughout Beverly Hills and beyond. Rob is the ultimate professional who is passionate about construction and creating winning solutions for every team member. After a loyal career, his previous employer and mentor decided to retire and dissolve the business. We are excited to welcome Rob to the CW Dillon team.
Brian Vidal
Sr. Superintendent – Southern California
Brian’s career has been driven by his passion for detailed execution and creating beautiful homes. After an early career running his own millwork business, he worked with several established luxury residential builders where he honed his skills as a superintendent managing trades and clients alike. His constant communication makes him a strong leader across all his projects.
