TEAM Leardership
Chris Dillon and Ron Johns: Chris and Ron have a combined 50 years of construction experience. They have led large teams building incredible custom residential homes throughout California and beyond. Together they are focused on being hands-on builders who bring their personal oversight to every client. Through this approach, they will ensure
that every client receives the experience that they should expect at a cost that represents highest value. Chris is the founder of CW Dillon Builders. Known for his hands-on approach and problem solving skills, Chris finds a way to get things done and clients love him for it. After a successful early career building commercial projects around the US, Ron has spent the last 16 years building and leading the LA office for a renowned national custom residential firm. Ron’s engineering background, calm demeanor and ability to lead teams makes him highly sought after by clients, design teams and other stakeholders.
